Multifamily Marketing Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Onsite at the Brentwood, CA office; applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $66,303–$75,000 annually.

What you will do

• Produce institutional-quality offering memorandums with property descriptions, investment highlights, financial analyses, comparables, market overviews, location analysis, maps, photography, and supporting exhibits.
• Write and edit investment narratives, executive summaries, property descriptions, proposals, pitch books, listing presentations, and buyer materials.
• Coordinate the full marketing process from property data collection and financial review through design, quality control, broker approval, and distribution.
• Coordinate photography, aerial imagery, mapping, floor plans, property tours, open houses, client events, and investor gatherings.
• Manage digital and print campaigns, property websites, online listings, email campaigns, social media, and the team's LinkedIn presence.
• Manage multiple listings, financial analyses, marketing projects, budgets, and business development assignments while meeting critical deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate, multifamily sales, real estate financial analysis, or commercial real estate marketing is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to create concise, compelling investment narratives and polished client-facing copy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills, including the ability to manage complex assignments and competing deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy across financial calculations, written content, data presentation, and visual design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with senior brokers, internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality work within demanding timelines.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
