Contracts Specialist

Salary: USD 26–33.65 per hour

What you will do

• Manage customer orders in the company’s Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system, including changes, enquiries, status reports, and required documentation.
• Deliver accurate, timely customer service for standard and customized solutions based on quotes.
• Liaise and negotiate with customers, sales, operations, internal departments, and the factory regarding fulfilment and special requirements.
• Clarify delivery dates, address production and delivery delays, and communicate resolutions to customers.
• Work with Quality to investigate and resolve customer and quality complaints through to resolution.
• Identify opportunities for new business with existing customers through value selling and cross-selling.

Requirements

• Typically 3 years of strong customer service experience in a relevant role and/or industry.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems.
• Degree or engineering/technical qualification, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in data analysis and applying analytics to sales strategy development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn business software and internal programs.
• Ability to interact with customers routinely and demonstrate a high level of customer service.
• Thorough, accurate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, strong execution, and a proactive approach to solving customer issues.
