Senior Technical Architect (WMS)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States (Remote); US applicants only.

Salary: $122,328–$214,074 annually.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, architecture, design, implementation, optimization, and long-term support of WMS solutions.
• Lead technical teams, assign development work, coordinate workflows, and mentor development resources.
• Design and maintain integrations between WMS, ERP/OMS systems, microservices, and IBM MQ.
• Design and support real-time and batch interfaces for inventory visibility and order processing.
• Develop and optimize Azure Data Factory and Databricks data pipelines for warehouse analytics and insights.
• Modernize WMS architecture toward Azure Kubernetes, troubleshoot complex issues, analyze KPIs, and improve warehouse throughput, accuracy, and reliability.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in a lead development role.
• 15 years of experience with Java, Spring MVC Framework, SQL Server, Git/GitHub, Web Services/API, and SQL.
• At least 3 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• At least 3 years of experience with WebSphere, IBM MQ, Drools, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• 5 years of leadership experience as a creative, competent team builder.
• Programming and systems analysis skills, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret instructions in any form.
• Project management expertise in planning and completing large and small projects.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Digital Transformation projects and the ability to multitask and reprioritize in a dynamic environment.
