Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product delivery for complex GenAI and agentic AI engagements, from discovery and hypothesis framing through phased rollout and production readiness.
• Define AI product roadmaps, agent behavior, system prompts, tool schemas, context management, summarization, and working-memory patterns.
• Lead user research, stakeholder interviews, experiments, POCs, pilot deployments, and scenario-based testing of multi-step workflows and failure recovery.
• Own backlogs, sprint execution, evaluation frameworks, and agent-level success metrics including task completion, cost per task, escalation rate, and time to resolution.
• Establish human-in-the-loop boundaries and guardrails while balancing business value, technical feasibility, cost, latency, quality, safety, and delivery timelines.
• Lead client working sessions, communicate AI trade-offs to technical and executive audiences, build stakeholder relationships, and mentor junior AI product managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with hands-on experience shipping AI features or products.
• Ability to read Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript code, evaluate architecture decisions, and make product trade-offs involving technical constraints.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt and context engineering, agentic systems, planning, tool use, human-in-the-loop controls, guardrails, and evaluations.
• Experience prototyping AI and agentic solutions with modern AI tools, running evaluations, and iterating based on results.
• Experience defining agent behavior, including system prompts, tool schemas, and human-in-the-loop boundaries.
• Strong product-context experience with AWS AI services such as Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker, or Kendra.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to explain AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical executive audiences.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the AI landscape evolves rapidly.

Nice to have

• Consulting or agency experience.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Strands.
• Software engineering background in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs, multimodal AI, or AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
• Industry depth in Consumer Products and Retail, Education, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
