Specialist, Corporate Responsibility (Global Health)

Location: Hybrid; primary location in Rahway, New Jersey, United States. Domestic and international travel up to 10% required.

Salary: $79,200–$124,700 per year for the primary location; annual bonus and long-term incentive may apply.

What you will do

• Own assigned workstreams across the RTC Fellowship lifecycle, including NGO and employee selection, onboarding, assignment support, reintegration, and alumni transition.
• Coordinate RTC Pathfinders, including applications, matching, onboarding, virtual learning, milestones, NGO communications, presentations, and closeout.
• Manage schedules, workplans, communications, participant materials, events, records, trackers, surveys, feedback, and reporting.
• Execute alumni engagement workstreams covering mentoring, learning sessions, speaking opportunities, community building, and continued NGO contributions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings, prepare presentations and guides, and coordinate stakeholder follow-through.
• Assess routine and non-standard requests, resolve straightforward operational issues, and escalate higher-risk or out-of-scope matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, talent or human resources, business, public health, global health, communications, program management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience coordinating programs, projects, employee development, nonprofit initiatives, events, or cross-functional operations.
• Strong program coordination, organization, communication, relationship management, and follow-through skills.
• Experience coordinating workshops, orientations, learning sessions, meetings, or events.
• Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information and communicate practical insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make routine operational decisions, work with ambiguity, and resolve straightforward problems using established processes.
• Ability to assess non-standard requests, research options, determine appropriate responses with guidance, and recognize when escalation is required.
• Commitment to inclusive collaboration, ethical conduct, and respectful cross-cultural partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in organizational psychology, talent management, public health, global health, business, or a related discipline.
• Experience with leadership development, employee experience, alumni or community engagement, survey design, facilitation, change management, or nonprofit partnerships.
