Product Manager (AI/Webhooks)

Location: San Francisco, United States (on-site)

Salary: $180K–$230K annually, plus equity

hirify.global is a fast-growing startup building scalable server-to-server communication infrastructure, starting with webhooks, for startups and Fortune 500 customers.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for hirify.global's webhook and server-to-server communication infrastructure.
• Work directly with the founder, engineering, and go-to-market teams to evolve the product toward $100M ARR and beyond.
• Establish hirify.global as a core communication primitive for backends and AI agents.
• Prioritize ruthlessly, ship quickly, and ensure product development matches customer needs.
• Define product direction without creating a product-engineering divide; product engineers will handle many tactical product decisions.

Requirements

• Strong product judgment, ambition, and ability to operate with significant ownership.
• Ability to focus on product direction and strategy rather than lengthy PRDs.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and make high-impact product decisions.
• Ability to work in person from the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

• Exceptional performance or clear potential to become one of the best in the field.
• Varied professional or technical background.
• Hacker or open-source development experience; extensive work history is not required.
