Product Manager (Pay Later)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $180K–$220K per year plus equity; health benefits and 401(k) company match are also offered.

What you will do

• Own how customers discover Pay Later and start their first loan outside checkout.
• Lead in-store and wallet provisioning from initial testing through scaled rollout.
• Set demand and conversion targets with Analytics and continuously run experiments against them.
• Partner with the personalization platform team to optimize Pay Later offers for the right customer and moment.
• Ship products with Engineering, Design, Risk, Analytics, and Walmart-facing partners.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product experience, primarily at startups, owning a funnel or growth surface end to end.
• Demonstrated ability to quantify product impact and explain what was moved and by how much.
• Experience shipping through teams not directly managed, including platform, data, and partner teams.
• Strong ownership and experience acting as a decision maker.
• Experience in payments, lending, or consumer banking platforms.
