Associate Technical Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Redwood City or San Francisco, California, United States; work from the assigned office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $98,000–$122,500 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with enterprise clients to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, technical roadmaps, and API integration strategies.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade custom technical solutions, integrations, and advanced AI workflows extending hirify.global capabilities.
• Guide customers through implementation of hirify.global platform capabilities, technical configuration, and content migrations.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture reviews with executive, business, and engineering stakeholders.
• Use modern developer AI tools and automated workflows to improve delivery velocity, code quality, and consulting outputs.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Sales teams to represent customer needs and support product evolution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical experience and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a consultative role.
• 2+ years of experience with SaaS and cloud technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of one or more of Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET.
• Understanding of the application development lifecycle and RESTful API design concepts, with experience scripting against APIs at scale.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, OpenID, and Active Directory single sign-on standards.
• Experience with data analysis, mapping, and migration.
• Experience developing, testing, and deploying an application end to end.
• Exposure to DBA and/or ETL.
• Experience with information security.
• Familiarity with iOS and/or Android platforms.
