Senior Implementations Accountant II (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage onboarding activities for new fund administration customers from sales close through implementation and customer success.
• Collect and interpret historical client data and fund documents, including Limited Partnership Agreements and Private Placement Memoranda.
• Advise customers on accounting best practices and demonstrate hirify.global's software.
• Transform unstructured fund data into accurate financial statements and reports for clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage implementation projects against agreed timelines while coordinating with CFOs, fund managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Contribute accounting expertise and customer insight to product development and the adoption of AI tools for fund administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in fund administration, focused on Private Equity.
• Strong foundation in Private Equity Fund Administration and a good understanding of common fund structures.
• Experience interpreting fund documents such as Limited Partnership Agreements and Private Placement Memoranda.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, curiosity, decision-making, communication, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Interest in project management and providing best-in-class service.
• Interest in AI and emerging technology that can improve accuracy, efficiency, and client experience in fund administration.
• Ability to work on projects in a fast-paced environment, both independently and with a supportive team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Australian fund structures, including VCLPs and ESVCLPs.
• SaaS experience.
