Financial Accounting and Analysis Intern (6 months)

What you will do

• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis.
• Verify, process, and manage Accounts Payable transactions, vendor payments, and discrepancies.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment tracking, and overdue receivables.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline Finance Operations and improve process efficiency.
• Prepare documentation for financial audits and support compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months from November 2026 or January 2027 onwards.
• Ability to apply accounting knowledge in practical scenarios, particularly in identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin is required because approximately 80% of the role involves coordinating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams.
