Manufacturing Process Engineer Internship (Gattatico Plant)

Location: Gattatico Plant, Italy; onsite internship.

Salary: €1,000 per month.

What you will do

• Complete a project focused on optimizing manufacturing processes, eliminating losses, controlling quality, or developing engineering systems.
• Improve processes through breakdown reduction, material flow optimization, and energy or material savings.
• Deliver solutions to real business challenges during a minimum six-month internship.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams and receive guidance from experienced managers.

Requirements

• Engineering Master’s student or recent graduate.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to deliver breakthrough results, with creativity, innovation, initiative, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent Italian and excellent English communication skills.
• Availability for a minimum six-month internship.
