Development Engineering Specialist (Electrification)

Location: Frosinone, Italy; onsite. Fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Minimum annual salary: €36,000; eligible for a company productivity bonus.

What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, production processes, equipment, materials, and components to improve labor efficiency, quality, cost, and safety.
• Define working-phase sequences for new production processes while meeting product cost and equipment investment targets.
• Lead product-lifecycle projects after sales release, coordinating multi-location and cross-functional teams, resources, tasks, and milestones.
• Manage project costs, schedules, work packages, interdependencies, requirements, risks, and change requests within a global organization.
• Manage product changes and customizations through the hirify.global gate model, collaborating with agile teams, operations, sales, and customers.
• Transfer new products from development to operations with drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, spare-parts lists, and product manuals.

Requirements

• Engagement in industrialization processes in the electrification market.
• Master's degree or five-year degree in Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Ability to communicate in a multicultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Dynamism, passion, and willingness to grow.
