Digital Design Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop a digital design organization focused on advanced power management ASICs.
• Define digital architecture, implementation, and delivery for next-generation DC-DC converter and power management solutions for AI and data center applications.
• Lead complex ASIC and SoC developments from concept through tape-out, ensuring quality, schedule, and technical execution.
• Collaborate with Analog Design, System Architecture, Verification, Physical Design, Firmware, Validation, and Product Engineering teams.
• Establish engineering best practices, mentor team members, and contribute to product and technology strategy.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience with a proven track record of full-chip design, delivery, and successful tape-outs.
• Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical execution in a complex development environment.
• Strong expertise in ASIC/FPGA digital design using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and/or VHDL.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex processor-based SoCs and digital power management products, including AVSBus and PMBus protocols.
• Solid understanding of functional and formal verification methodologies, including UVM and tools such as JasperGold, OneSpin, or VC Formal.
• In-depth knowledge of the complete ASIC/SoC development flow from architecture through silicon validation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with PMICs, digital power control systems, or DC-DC converter solutions.
• Experience in AI, data center, networking, or high-performance computing applications.
• Familiarity with GitHub-based development environments and modern engineering workflows.
• Experience building and scaling global engineering teams.
