What you will do

• Analyze ATM business and system processes, requirements, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional requirements and solution specifications.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and product stakeholders on solution design, implementation, and testing.
• Investigate process and system issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical improvements.
• Support projects and change initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, process analysis, or a related role.
• Understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business and system processes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills across business and technology teams.
• Ability to organize priorities and contribute effectively to cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, payments, or ATM transaction processing.
• Knowledge of payment processing, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, or related payment operations.
• Experience supporting system implementations, testing, or process-improvement initiatives.
