Value Analyst (f/m/d) - Working Student (AI/Data)

Location: München, Frankfurt oder Passau, Germany. Part-time working student position.

What you will do

• Prepare and participate in customer meetings and discovery workshops, document business and technical requirements, and identify and quantify relevant use cases.
• Prepare demo data and support the setup, testing, and presentation of customer demos.
• Help develop an Agentic AI framework for demo building.
• Conduct complex analyses using hirify.global and other tools, including data quality and technical feasibility assessments.
• Support data analyses with hirify.global, SQL, or Python within Datasphere, Databricks, and/or Snowflake.
• Build value arguments and business cases, and turn findings into customer presentations, reusable demos, templates, and documentation with Sales and technical teams.

Requirements

• High motivation to work in presales at the intersection of large enterprises, AI, and data.
• Relevant experience or current studies in a relevant subject, such as computer science, business informatics, business administration, natural sciences, or mathematics.
• Enthusiasm for presales and AI- or data-inspired work, with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Some experience with Python and knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Strong collaboration, learning, and communication skills.
• Fluent German and a good command of English are required.
