What you will do

• Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function for hirify.global’s Specialty Materials Business Unit.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Specialty Materials FP&A team and remain accountable for its performance and work products.
• Manage annual operhirify.globalng plan and monthly forecast financial statements.
• Build financial models and tools for ad-hoc analysis, operhirify.globalonal decisions, business strategy, month-end close accelerhirify.globalon, and accurate journal-entry data.
• Provide timely, accurate, and informhirify.globalve analysis and data for hirify.global Corporate and Specialty Materials functional leaders.

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of finance experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in manufacturing finance management roles.
• Experience with multi-site manufacturing, including non-US sites, and consolidhirify.globalon of global financial results, including foreign-exchange impacts.
• Experience reporting operhirify.globalng-entity financial results by product-line portfolios or value streams.
• Experience leading and developing financial analysts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FP&A concepts and metrics for manufacturing-oriented companies, plus broad knowledge of manufacturing functions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial-model development; experience with Hyperion Essbase or a similar business reporting tool; and PowerPoint management presenthirify.globalons.
• Ability to analyze financial results, solve complex data sets, identify trends and recommendhirify.globalons, support corporate requests, and communicate with senior leaders on operhirify.globalonal and commercial strategy.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on Corporate Finance or Management.
• CPA certifichirify.globalon.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
