Sr. Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers to analyze category product drivers, pricing, product impacts, and investment impacts.
• Present business unit P&L variance analyses and explanations to Product Managers.
• Partner with business leaders on month-end reporting insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.
• Evaluate and improve financial processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and business value.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
• 3+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in a large corporation.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, interact professionally with employees at all levels, and maintain a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Results-driven approach and a track record to support.

Nice to have

• Previous SAP and/or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience.
• Experience leading or managing projects.
• Experience within a global manufacturing organization with multiple reporting units.
