What you will do
- Lead and manage End User Compute engineers responsible for endpoint management and application delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, prioritisation, and performance management.
- Manage Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows endpoints, device lifecycle processes, and compliance.
- Manage and optimise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Oversee enterprise application packaging, deployment, compatibility, and lifecycle management.
- Lead operational service management, major incident response, root cause analysis, documentation, reporting, and platform roadmaps while collaborating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, service management, and business teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing End User Compute or Desktop Engineering teams.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
- Experience with enterprise application packaging and delivery.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 endpoint management.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale IT environments.
- Strong leadership, people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced enterprise environment with a proactive focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and modern endpoint management.
- Knowledge of Entra ID and modern identity integration.
- Experience supporting global or multi-site organisations.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management environments.
