Salary: $148,100–$249,688 base salary annually for US-based employees; compensation varies by employment location.

What you will do

• Lead the global communications function across corporate, product, partner, media, and digital-first PR programs.
• Own strategic relationships with business, technology, cybersecurity, and independent media, and execute campaigns for launches, events, and corporate milestones.
• Translate complex identity security, AI, and cybersecurity topics into clear narratives for media, analysts, customers, partners, executives, and employees.
• Build rapid-response, trendjacking, crisis communications, and reputation-management programs, advising executives during high-stakes situations.
• Oversee the strategy, production, guests, and growth of the Identity Matters podcast and coach C-level spokespeople for media engagements.
• Lead, mentor, and measure a global communications team using dashboards covering share of voice, sentiment, message pull-through, and referral attribution.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, or product PR, ideally in cybersecurity, identity and access management, enterprise SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience supporting publicly traded companies and earnings communications.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and media communication skills, including the ability to make deeply technical security concepts accessible to business and executive audiences.
• Fluency in traditional and new media ecosystems, including business publications, technology outlets, trade press, Substacks, podcasts, and independent creators.
• Combined agency and in-house communications experience, including major product launches, global brand campaigns, or significant M&A activities.
• Experience coaching executives and challenging leaders on communication style, messaging, and media presence.
