Junior Depositary Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Kilkenny, Ireland

hirify.global provides depositary services for funds, supporting clients through operational oversight, regulatory compliance, and fund asset safeguarding.

What you will do

• Monitor fund cash flows and safeguard fund assets through custody or ownership verification.
• Oversee fund platform operations through ex post controls, checks, transaction reviews, and documentation collection.
• Support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and act as a higher authority for daily internal and external queries.
• Assist the Depositary Manager with billing, onboarding, operating procedures, and other delegated tasks.
• Prepare KPI reports and present them at Board meetings.
• Provide four-eyes review, supervise and train junior staff, and help maintain professional service quality.

Requirements

• Sound technical knowledge, supported by hirify.global Academy and on-the-job training.
• Essential computer literacy, including word processing and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building close relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to provide commercial, risk-sensitive solutions for clients.
• Experience supervising at least one employee and willingness to develop people-management responsibilities.
• Experience managing a client relationship or a significant part of a major client relationship is essential.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work effectively with people.
