Supply Chain Product Leader (Biopharma)

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work arrangement. The position is open to US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $150,000–$216,666.66 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain for a product or product set, including long-range planning, demand and supply balancing, inventory targets, and execution follow-up.
• Represent Product Supply in the global Integrated Business Planning process and escalate supply issues across functions, sites, and business units.
• Develop risk assessments, mitigation plans, supply scenarios, and recommendations for lifecycle changes, interruptions, forecasts, and supply decisions.
• Support product launches, clinical pre-launch activities, cost reduction, SKU complexity reduction, sourcing selection, and lifecycle programs.
• Set network stocking and planning guidance, managed-access and humanitarian availability approaches, and logistics policies.
• Coordinate strategic planning with sites, production and material planners, CMOs, alliance partners, and sourcing committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply within the biopharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a highly complex global environment, including indirect management, influencing, and complex stakeholder management.
• 5+ years of data-driven analysis and communicating findings to management.
• 4+ years of financial and budgeting experience, including inventory management.
• 4+ years of experience with product launches or transitions.
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical lifecycle management experience or equivalent.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Advanced Integrated Business Planning experience and 8+ years of demand forecasting or supply management experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions.
• Experience with Kinaxis, dVSM, or PLAI.
• 8+ years of successful work in matrix environments involving cross-functional and multinational stakeholders.
• TRT methodology, strategic end-to-end supply chain thinking, transversal collaboration, and APICS certification.
