What you will do

• Define end-to-end target-state enterprise architectures and blueprints across core enterprise platforms.
• Re-model customer account hierarchies, account data flows, and master data models across interconnected systems.
• Design integrations and data synchronisation strategies across Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and modern digital platforms.
• Create phased migration and transition roadmaps to guide implementation teams.
• Align business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering leads across commercial, finance, and technical domains.

Requirements

• Extensive architectural experience with Salesforce and core CRM ecosystems.
• Strong enterprise blueprinting, customer data architecture, multi-system orchestration, and migration planning expertise.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems collaboratively, and deliver high-quality work with measurable value.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Pragmatic, adaptable, outcome-focused, low-ego approach with a willingness to keep learning.
