Principal Program Manager, Strategy & Operations (12 Month Contract)

Location: Onsite at the Remote Broadcast Center in Swords, Dublin, Ireland.

What you will do

• Lead strategic programs and initiatives from planning through implementation, defining priorities, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop business and financial models for opportunity assessment, investment decisions, capacity needs, forecasts, scenarios, and long-term planning.
• Shape broadcast operating models and ways of working across production, technology, finance, facilities, and related functions.
• Lead capacity and resource planning across the Remote Broadcast Center network, connecting demand with staffing, facilities, technology, costs, and service needs.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges, provide recommendations, and drive strategic change without direct authority.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in strategy, business operations, financial planning, transformation, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience leading strategic work across multiple regions or teams and converting business priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, including business cases, financial models, forecasts, scenarios, or strategic roadmaps.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, define problems, identify stakeholders, and create a clear path forward.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders, presenting recommendations, and driving decisions without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global, distributed, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in global broadcast production, live production, media, entertainment, advertising, digital consumer businesses, technology, facilities, infrastructure, consulting, or another complex operating environment.
• Experience designing or evolving production operations, service models, facilities strategies, workforce models, capacity planning, or technology-enabled services.
• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, Airtable, or similar program management and collaboration tools.
• Gaming, sports, or esports experience.
