Director, Product Management (Financial Data)

Salary: $150,000–$275,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for data capture and the Center of Excellence’s operational workflows.
• Define platform capabilities for capturing data at the source, preserving document lineage, and making data available across models, reporting, and benchmarks.
• Work with Center of Excellence analysts to translate real capture workflows into product requirements.
• Partner with engineering on sequencing, delivery, trade-offs, and prioritization.
• Define completion standards for client-usable, platform-complete capabilities.
• Coordinate with valuation, data, and go-to-market stakeholders to align the platform with business and client needs.

Requirements

• Mid-level to senior product manager or product leader with 8–10+ years of experience in data organizations, including a track record of shaping data products and their operating model.
• Direct experience at a large financial data provider, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P, MSCI, ICE, or Moody’s.
• Ability to translate complex real-world workflows into structured product requirements and a clear roadmap.
• Comfort working with engineers on technical trade-offs and with valuation and credit domain experts.
• A bias toward shipping and iterating based on real client use rather than building in isolation.

• Familiarity with private markets, valuation, or credit.
