Salary: $130,800–$196,200 annually; geographic-specific ranges of $143,920–$215,880 and $150,400–$225,600 may apply.

What you will do

• Provide and supervise actuarial work supporting product pricing, dividend setting, reserves, mortality and morbidity analysis, and field compensation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain life insurance products, including new product design, pricing, regulatory changes, and in-force policy management.
• Implement and maintain long-term care products, including death benefit acceleration riders and life/long-term care hybrid products.
• Perform Principle Based Reserve calculations, analysis, and reporting; investigate assumptions and present results to senior management.
• Design enhancements and new features for in-house models used in pricing, cashflow testing, reserving, and corporate projections.
• Keep current with actuarial techniques, laws, and regulations, and provide guidance within the area of expertise.

Requirements

• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation.
• At least five years of proven actuarial experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• High expertise in one or more areas of actuarial department activities.
