Senior Director, Integrated Insights (US) (Biotech)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; hybrid eligible with onsite work. Other listed location: Foster City, California, United States.

Salary: $237,575–$307,450 annually for other US locations; $261,375–$338,250 annually for the Bay Area.

What you will do

• Lead the US Integrated Insights function across brand, portfolio, marketing, market access, and commercial stakeholders.
• Develop integrated market narratives using market research, analytics, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and organizational insights.
• Oversee market research, insights programs, analytics pods, performance reporting, opportunity assessments, and market landscape analyses.
• Own US brand forecasting for inline and launch products and align forecast assumptions and risks across Marketing, Finance, Market Access, and Commercial Leadership.
• Lead payer, provider, account, and market access insights, including KPIs, performance monitoring, and access optimization.
• Lead business planning, executive reporting, team development, and scalable operating models within the CIAO organization.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 10+ years, or Bachelor’s with 12+ years.
• Significant experience leading commercial insights, analytics, forecasting, market research, or market access functions.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
• Deep knowledge of commercial strategy, forecasting methodologies, market research, and healthcare analytics.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence without authority in complex matrix organizations.
• Proven ability to transform data into strategic business recommendations and organizational action.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as MBA, MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent, or substantial relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, consulting, or related industries.
• Experience supporting oncology, hematology, specialty pharmaceuticals, or cell therapy businesses.
