Front Office Solutions delivers digital and operational services for institutional investors, including portfolio management, investment decision support, risk management, and workflow tools.

What you will do

• Act as the daily contact for operational client queries, including accounting matters.
• Enter and manage investment data, including transactions, valuations, manager estimates, income, expenses, contributions, withdrawals, exposures, and benchmark data.
• Support reconciliations covering cash, positions, performance, transactions, and alternative investment metrics such as unfunded commitments.
• Review NAV, allocations, and underlying client performance for alternative investments.
• Support client onboarding through discovery sessions, project planning, expectation setting, and ongoing updates.
• Train new partners, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and participate in process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience working with complex asset owners in performance measurement, alternative asset or private equity operations, or investment operations such as fund or investment accounting.
• Knowledge of the investment industry, including markets and instruments.
• Basic knowledge of IRR, time-weighted return, NAVs, accruals, and related investment concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, communicate comprehensively, and maintain attention to detail.
• College or university degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional, inclusive, team-oriented environment and support continuous improvement.
• Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland at application and throughout employment. Employment permit sponsorship is not available, including Critical Skills, General Employment, Intra-Company Transfer, Stamp 1G, and other Irish employment permits.

Nice to have

• Functional or industry knowledge of complex asset allocators such as endowments, foundations, family offices, institutional asset managers, pension funds, or sovereign wealth funds.
• Ability to execute independent tasks and responsibilities.
• Interest in pursuing CFA, CIPM, CAIA, MBA, or other advanced professional credentials.
