Istant Manager, Third Party Relationship Management

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work arrangement with 18 remote workdays per quarter subject to manager approval.

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end operations for investment products supported by third-party administrators.
• Manage strategic third-party relationships, ensuring SLA and benchmark adherence and driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology teams across regions to improve service-provider performance.
• Coordinate change management for system and process evolution and translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions.
• Monitor quality, metrics, deliverables, operational risks, and governance across internal teams and external administrators.
• Resolve critical issues with internal subject-matter experts and third-party administrators while supporting product launches, platform enhancements, and governance initiatives.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of fund operations, including NAV oversight, fund accounting, and investor servicing.
• Significant experience working with third-party administrators within investment management, alternatives, or asset servicing.
• Strong operational knowledge of end-to-end TPA-related processes and the ability to assess and lead cross-functional operational trade-offs.
• Strong relationship-management skills, including vendor alignment with SLAs and KPIs and management of performance issues.
• Experience monitoring operational performance against established measures and ensuring accountability for internal teams and TPAs.
• Ability to resolve complex operational issues, identify risks, prevent recurring challenges, and make informed recommendations.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders and communicate complex issues clearly to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized and diligent approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic approach combined with hands-on execution; commitment to integrity, clarity, and accountability.
• Degree or equivalent experience and 8–10 years of experience.
