IT Engineer (Active Top Secret Clearance)

Location: Los Angeles, CA, USA; full-time on-site work required in Playa Vista.

What you will do

• Design, implement, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize systems, servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage physical and virtual servers throughout their lifecycle across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux environments.
• Design and maintain LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routing, switching, firewall, and network policy infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Jira/Confluence, and Slack.
• Develop administrative automation and scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Lead or support infrastructure projects, provide Tier 3 assistance, resolve complex issues, and document configurations and solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive hands-on experience in IT engineering, systems administration, network engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Strong hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and various Linux operating systems.
• In-depth server deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting experience, including building servers from the ground up.
• In-depth networking knowledge covering LAN, WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls, and network policies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Jira/Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and AWS GovCloud.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting, plus the ability to manage multiple technical projects and complete assignments promptly.
• Must be a US citizen and hold an active Top Secret Security Clearance. Applicants must also qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR rules or be able to obtain the required export authorizations.
