Network Solutions Manager (Hybrid Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a global team of network engineers.
• Design, deploy, and manage resilient network infrastructure across data centers and cloud environments.
• Develop hybrid cloud network architectures using virtualization and micro-segmentation.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automate network provisioning with Ansible and Terraform.
• Manage BGP, MPLS, routing, traffic optimization, vendors, compliance, and network security.
• Assess emerging networking and AI technologies and drive innovation in network services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant career experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in network engineering and operations, including at least 3 years managing a global team in a leadership role.
• Proven experience designing and managing complex network infrastructures, including VXLAN, BGP, MPLS, hybrid cloud environments, and micro-segmentation.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams and foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or relevant certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust with cybersecurity teams and familiarity with NIST 800-37, CIS, or SANS.
• Experience with AI-driven network monitoring, troubleshooting, security, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with next-generation firewalls, VMware, NSX, VRA, routing protocols, VLANs, QoS, and IPv4/IPv6.
• Knowledge of WAN design for real-time video streaming and large video file transfers.
• Experience with SolarWinds, ELK, Grafana, unified communications, telephony, and video conferencing tools including Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
