Support Consultant - English, Tier 1 (Dental Technology)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global hardware, including 3D scanners, and software through online sessions, telephone, email, and occasional on-site events.
• Solve technical issues and escalate them when needed.
• Collect relevant customer information according to company procedures and record support cases in the CRM.
• Interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented approach with strong communication, questioning, and listening skills.
• Upper-intermediate English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
• Problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
• Result-oriented, stress-resistant, professional, multitasking, and empathetic approach.
