Support Consultant, Tier 2 (Lab, English)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine — hybrid work in the UA Customer Support & Onboarding department.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global 3D scanners and software through online sessions, telephone, and email.
• Support customers and partners during occasional on-site events.
• Collect relevant customer information and manage support cases according to company procedures.
• Record cases in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with other departments and escalate customer feedback.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented approach with strong communication, verbal, and writing skills.
• B2 level or above in English and Ukrainian; English is used for internal communication.
• Problem-solving, logical thinking, analytical, multitasking, and empathetic skills.
• Result-oriented and stress-resistant approach.
• Willingness to self-develop and learn.
