Associate Product Support Engineer (1pm - 10pm) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom; Monday–Friday support hours are 1pm–10pm and may vary based on customer demand and business needs.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to administrators and enterprise-level partners through phone, web-based tools, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and system-level issues while communicating continuously with customers.
• Manage product escalations and liaise between customers and tiered support teams.
• Advise customers on product use, configuration, features, and systems issues.
• Guide and mentor Associate-level team members.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and support documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment.
• Experience analyzing and resolving software problems.
• Ability to quickly develop subject-matter expertise in hirify.global technologies.
• Professional customer interaction skills across all communication interfaces.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.

Nice to have

• Experience with email systems, networking, and/or DNS.
• Linux experience.
• Innovative, positive, proactive approach and readiness to embrace change.
