Payroll Analyst II (Colombia and LATAM Payroll)

Location: Remote, based in Mexico; approximately 5% travel anticipated for in-person customer and team connections.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Colombia payroll processing with the payroll vendor, including regular cycles, off-cycle payments, final settlements, and statutory benefit payouts.
• Complete mandatory PILA filings and electronic payroll reporting to DIAN while monitoring Colombian labor legislation.
• Resolve employee questions about deductions, withholdings, and benefits.
• Partner with accounting during month-end close by providing gross-to-net reports, accrual data, and variance explanations for audits and journal entries.
• Support payroll projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Colombia payroll processing, with working experience in accounting.
• Expertise in Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Experience with Workday, UKG, or a similar global payroll platform.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience processing equity transactions.
• Payroll processing experience in jurisdictions outside Colombia.
