Fund Execution, Trade Processing & Settlement Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of fund orders, including subscriptions, redemptions, and switches.
• Process and monitor fund transactions through Allfunds and Fundsettle, respecting market and fund cut-off times.
• Process stock exchange trades, mainly bonds, equities, and ETFs, in hirify.global Banking Suite.
• Manage DVP and RVP settlement and monitor settlement operations and failed trades.
• Liaise with fund platforms, custodians, brokers, transfer agents, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Perform cash and securities reconciliation while supporting operational excellence, risk mitigation, and client service.

Requirements

• Experience in fund operations, securities operations, trade processing, or settlement.
• Hands-on experience with Allfunds and/or Fundsettle.
• Understanding of fund and securities trade lifecycles.
• Experience managing post-trade processing and settlement activities across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of custody, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English.

• Proficiency in German and/or French.
