Implementation Associate Consultant

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; onsite, with work from the office four days per week and frequent travel across EMEA.

What you will do

• Gather functional, non-functional, and system integration requirements from customers.
• Conduct customer workshops, analyze systems and service requirements, and validate BPMN models, use cases, and scenarios with developers.
• Produce business solution architecture and high-level designs, identifying gaps between hirify.global products and bespoke solutions.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and monitoring applications; support technical specifications and initial feature testing.
• Lead customer acceptance, negative, and stress testing, train key users, and deliver training and configuration documentation.
• Manage integration schedules, provide early live support, hand over to maintenance, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• First experience as a Functional Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar customer-facing technology role.
• Technical background or understanding sufficient to communicate effectively with developers and participate in product configuration.
• Experience gathering and documenting customer or business requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
• Strong customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with Jira or similar task and requirements management tools.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to work from the office four days per week for hands-on testing and validation in a laboratory environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across EMEA according to customer and project requirements.
