Senior Data Business Analyst (SQL & Architecture)

Location: Lisbon, hybrid. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in Europe.

Salary: €3,990–€4,830 per month on a B2B contract, or €2,100–€2,400 net per month on a permanent contract.

What you will do

• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate business needs into clear solutions.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and story maps.
• Document and execute tests to validate delivered solutions.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions.
• Participate in on-call availability as required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and story maps.
• Experience preparing test documentation and executing tests.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries and database models.
• Good understanding of technical architecture.
• Strong communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Autonomy, organisation, rigour, proactivity, and a collaborative approach.
• Fluent English and French at C1 level required.
• Existing legal right to work in Europe required.
