Process Flow Leader (Manufacturing/Packaging)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily Manufacturing/Packaging Area operations, assign priorities, balance workloads, monitor shift performance, and ensure production goals and product flow to shipping are achieved.
• Ensure personnel certification, equipment availability and compliance, inventory and supplies readiness, calibration/PM completion, and appropriate support for equipment repairs.
• Maintain quality, safety, and documentation systems, including NCRs, incident reports, audits, lot document screenings, SOP execution, QSR compliance, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead communications, production meetings, vacation and overtime coordination, feedback, performance appraisals, and workplace and safety initiatives.
• Analyze variation, failures, underperformance, and equipment reliability; identify root causes, generate work orders, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Define and improve process KPIs through process-flow mapping, technology and methodology improvements, implementation plans, and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or more than three years of experience in a similar position.
• More than three years of experience in a similar position.
• Teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication, motivation, responsibility, and self-starter attitude.
• Good decision-making, judgment, and information-analysis skills.
• Knowledge of effective meetings and basic conflict management.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, BPCS, and AGILE.
• Basic knowledge of problem solving, line balancing, and root cause analysis.
