Senior Client Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Manage and support a client portfolio with a strong focus on client needs and high-level service.
• Administer client accounts, including cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders, execution controls, and fiduciary deposit renewals.
• Monitor risk and compliance indicators and anticipate emerging risks.
• Support relationship managers with KYC matters, client meetings, and investment proposals.
• Coordinate new-client onboarding and the timely closure of client accounts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
• Fluency in English and German and effective communication skills.
• Strong team-player mindset and a strong interest in delivering high-level client service.
• Good understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent IT skills, including software tools and MS Office.
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to use AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
