Project Management Assistant (IT)

What you will do

• Support the CoE Senior Manager and PMO Analyst with planning and execution of IT CoE initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Track status updates, timelines, and deadlines using established tools and practices.
• Support the project team by developing documents and reports for key stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for CoE members on operational tasks, including timesheet reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering Management, Economics, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
