Senior Data Analyst (ERP/MI)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 mandatory days per week in the client's office in Krakow, Poland.

What you will do

• Set up and run an analytic sandbox, connecting it to ERP and MI data warehouses one use case at a time.
• Define data baselines for initiatives so the team works from consistent figures.
• Answer business questions with existing or newly written queries and save new queries for reuse.
• Participate in client war-room sessions and provide data for shaping and prioritising hypotheses.
• Test hypotheses with additional data and explain the evidence clearly.
• Contribute accurate analysis and clear visuals to final findings.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience with a strong record of hands-on delivery.
• Strong data analysis skills, including querying, joining, and cleaning data from enterprise systems.
• Experience with ERP and MI data warehouse data, including budgets, forecasts, and spend.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights for senior, non-technical audiences.
• High attention to quality, including validating results and keeping queries documented and reusable.
• Willingness to perform hands-on analysis rather than only lead others.
• Confidence and credibility when working with C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly, accept direct and candid feedback, work at pace without compromising quality, and collaborate openly with clients in a war-room setting.
• Advanced English.
