hirify.global Hubs Poland supports an international Credit Risk Model Development team of more than 400 risk experts across Europe, includhirify.global Amsterdam, Milan, and Warsaw. The team develops robust credit risk models within a regulatory environment.

What you will do

• Analyze data quality results, trends, root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Interpret analytical findhirify.globals and translate them into business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and align stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables.
• Gather, challenge, and align business and regulatory requirements; facilitate discussions and drive decisions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and decision materials ushirify.global Microsoft Office tools, and provide timely stakeholder communication.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, actions, and deliverables; document methodologies, governance processes, requirements, decisions, and outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, data governance, data quality, risk management, or similar analytical roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for analysis, reporthirify.global, communication, and project management.
• Ability to interpret analytical results and understand their business and regulatory impact.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate environments with multiple priorities and interests.
• Ability to take ownership and manage projects end-to-end from requirements gatherhirify.global through implementation and monitorhirify.global.
• Critical mindset with a focus on improvhirify.global processes, controls, and ways of workhirify.global.
• Ownership, accountability, proactive attitude, and willhirify.globalness to continuously learn and develop.

Nice to have

• Experience in a bank, financial institution, or other highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of credit risk modellhirify.global concepts, includhirify.global PD, LGD, EAD, IRB, and IFRS9.
• Experience with Data Quality, Data Governance, or BCBS239-related initiatives.
• Experience leadhirify.global cross-functional projects and coordinathirify.global complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Experience buildhirify.global management reporthirify.global, dashboards, or executive-level presentations.
