Senior Manager, Privacy Operations

What you will do

• Lead Global Privacy Team communication channels, including intake, triage, prioritisation, and resolution of blocking issues.
• Own privacy assessments, including PIAs, DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs, and ad hoc privacy reviews.
• Lead data subject rights request operations and coordinate third-party privacy risk reviews and remediation tracking.
• Operationalise privacy policies by defining requirements, controls, standards, procedures, and playbooks.
• Partner with business collaborators to implement privacy requirements across products, initiatives, and workflows, and drive the Enterprise Data Privacy Program.
• Track privacy metrics, assessments, SLAs, risks, and trends; maintain the ROPA and improve privacy workflows and tooling.

Requirements

• Significant recent experience and expert knowledge of UK data protection legislation, CPRA, HIPAA, COPPA, and related frameworks.
• Experience advising and mentoring senior collaborators on data protection risks and compliance matters.
• Strong understanding of data protection governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading or supporting complex regulatory, transformation, or data-related change programmes, preferably in retail.
• Experience managing and responding to data protection incidents.
• Familiarity with privacy management platforms such as TrustArc or OneTrust and workflow tools such as Smartsheet or Monday.com.
• Strong project management, organisational, analytical, prioritisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and advance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
