Marketing Compliance Manager

What you will do

• Review and approve marketing communications for the Asset Management business, with a particular focus on UK marketing initiatives.
• Ensure communications are clear, consistent, appropriate, and compliant across relevant markets and jurisdictions.
• Conduct quality assurance of communications approved by Asset Management staff under the Marketing Compliance Control Framework.
• Support continuous improvements to the compliance control environment using critical thinking, data, creativity, and digital agility.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and collaborate with colleagues to expedite the approval process.
• Apply sound judgement and deliver a quality compliance service to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a compliance or legal department within a regulated environment, ideally in asset management.
• Strong understanding of financial promotion, data, social media, privacy, security, and communication standards.
• Excellent verbal, written, and influencing skills in person and remotely.
• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Ability to work collaboratively, respond to change, and suggest improvements to processes.

Nice to have

• Relevant industry qualification in compliance or a related legal discipline.
• Additional language skills.
