Engineering Manager, Product Catalogs (AdTech)

Location: Remote; candidates must be based in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands.

Reddit operates a large community platform and is developing advertising products that connect users with relevant advertiser products.

What you will do

• Lead the full-stack Product Catalogs team responsible for the advertiser-facing experience.
• Build catalog UIs, APIs, and backend systems for managing advertiser products.
• Create catalog infrastructure capable of supporting billions of products.
• Partner with product managers and designers to develop user experiences and collaborate with Ad Formats, Ad Delivery, and knowledge graph teams on end-to-end product ads.
• Establish and manage team SLAs, mentor engineers, advocate cross-functionally, and contribute to team strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack product development.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Highly technical, with the ability to solve complex team problems while guiding engineers toward solutions.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders primarily based in North America.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a fully remote environment with technical and non-technical audiences.
