Licensing Specialist II (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Process, track, monitor, and renew provider licenses and certifications across a nationwide radiology practice.
• Maintain accurate provider data in credentialing systems and protect confidential information throughout the licensing lifecycle.
• Coordinate DEA and CDS renewals and submit supporting documentation, including FSMB, FCVS, and AMA profiles.
• Partner with providers, hospitals, leadership, and external agencies to resolve licensing issues and meet deadlines.
• Support radiologists throughout the licensing and credentialing process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in provider licensing and credentialing within the healthcare industry. Multi-state experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and credentialing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, research and analyze data, and build effective relationships with providers, staff, and external partners.

Nice to have

• CPCS certification through NAMSS.
• Multi-state provider licensing and credentialing experience.
