Associate Intern

Location: Hong Kong, Singapore, or Shanghai; relevant work authorization is required for the office where the role is based.

What you will do

• Build an understanding of clients’ businesses, customer bases, growth aspirations, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on strategic customer, growth, and transformation questions.
• Support brand, marketing, and digital strategy projects for Fortune 500 companies.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and formulate hypotheses through creative problem-solving.
• Present insightful and actionable recommendations to senior leaders and clients.

Requirements

• Be a final-year student, recent graduate, or have up to 2 years of experience in a related field outside consulting.
• Have relevant work authorization for the office where the role is based.
• Have business-level English.
• Be able to start a 10-week internship in 2027.
• Apply before December 11, 2026.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Communicate clearly and confidently verbally and in writing.
• Show passion for business strategy, brand, digital, and marketing and how they drive growth.
• Be curious, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable as priorities evolve, resilient, driven, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Use AI tools confidently while applying independent critical thinking and judgment to their outputs.

Nice to have

• Business-level Mandarin.
• Familiarity with AI tools, AI strategy or implementation, and/or exposure to GenAI applications.
