Transportation and Advanced Industrials (TAI) – Engagement Manager

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with colleagues expected to be in the local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Manage project modules, including hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, analysis, and primary and secondary research.
• Address information limitations and surface insights for strategic consulting engagements.
• Support Partners with accurate, high-quality case execution and project delivery.
• Own and develop executive client relationships, present to varied audiences, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Coach consultants and support their professional development.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or aviation, aerospace, rail, or transportation industries.
• Strong conceptual problem-solving skills and aptitude for analytical work with large and complex data sets.
• Experience leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding environments.
• Outstanding communication skills and confidence presenting to senior executives.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel.
