Credit Analyst

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity customer accounts and support credit and collections management.
• Execute collections, investigate payment delays, resolve disputes, and perform account reconciliations.
• Conduct credit reviews, recommend credit limits, analyze financial statements and external credit information, and monitor customer exposure.
• Review and release customer orders within assigned authority levels while ensuring compliance with credit policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Maintain customer master data and documentation in SAP, and prepare reports, KPI dashboards, and portfolio performance updates using Excel and Power BI.
• Support process automation, continuous improvement, data analysis, reporting accuracy, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Credit teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance, Banking, or a similar analytical business environment.
• Foundational understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced attention to detail and process discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and working capital management.
• Experience with Power BI, Fabric environment, automation, or data analytics tools.
• Additional language skills.
• Exposure to multinational or shared services environments.
