Junior Onboarding Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: 100% remote from anywhere in Poland; occasional travel for client visits may be required.

Salary: 5600–7600 PLN gross per month.

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding and support a seamless client experience.
• Manage assigned onboarding projects and tasks from project assignment through go-live, ensuring timely delivery.
• Work with the Pre-Sales Manager on development requests, future feature ideas, and new connection requests.
• Track project progress and provide accurate, timely reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to company goals.

Requirements

• Strong solution-oriented approach, with a focus on client success, process optimization, and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and multitask effectively.
• Solid knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry, including how hotels operate, gained either from a hotel or a software company operating in the hotel sector.
• Familiarity with SaaS onboarding processes and the software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of connectivity and integration in hotel technology.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
• International perspective and experience working directly with clients.
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel for client visits.
